2. Products and Services The Independence Blueprint LLC offers digital educational products and courses, including but not limited to The Independence Blueprint course and the Independence Jumpstart Kit. All products are designed to help parents prepare their teenagers for adult independence.

3. Digital Product Delivery Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product via email or through our member portal. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

4. Refund Policy We stand behind the quality of our products. If you complete Module 1 of your purchased course and feel it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@theindependenceblueprint.com. Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase or without completing Module 1 will not be honored. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued outside of these conditions.

5. Intellectual Property All content included in our products and services — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, course materials, and assessments — is the exclusive property of The Independence Blueprint LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.

You agree not to record, copy, or distribute course materials. You agree not to use our content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

The Independence Blueprint LLC does not guarantee specific results from use of our products. Results will vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Independence Blueprint LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
